After exploring various relocation options the law firm of FVLD elected to take on the challenge of expanding and refurbishing their existing 55 W. Monroe location where they have resided for 25 years. Centralizing their public spaces around the reception area, CRDA developed a plan which responded to their corporate culture and new trends in law office design. The result was a reception area that acts as a “welcome center” for both clients and staff with a coffee bar and news center. Flexibility in the conference center allows for increased conference rooms or sizes. Office furnishings reflect each individual attorney’s unique style of working whether it is traditional desking, conference style or casual meeting.
