The acquisition of another consulting firm gave Laurus Strategies the opportunity for relocating to new space at 55 W. Monroe to house the expanding staff requirements. The president’s priority was to provide an energized environment that encouraged staff interaction and communication. CRDA developed a plan centered around the reception area, conference center and entertaining area. The reception area opens onto two flexible conference rooms with mobile partitions for ease of division. The employee dining area is flanked by “hotel rooms” which provide casual meeting areas or temporary office spaces for visiting personnel who need a "place to park."
